Martin County, FL. – One person was injured after a multi-vehicle accident on Friday afternoon in Martin County, according to the Martin County Sheriff’s office (MCSO).

The accident happened just before noon on March 13, at mile marker 123 near Hobe Sound.

Deputies said at least two semi-trucks and multiple other cars crashed. They said traffic was stopped due to the weather and a semi-truck did not stop for the traffic and caused the accident. One semi-truck rolled over after the collision.

One person suffered a minor injury due to the crash

Traffic lanes reopened at 2:00 p.m. following the incident.
