Fort Wayne, IN. – A woman was killed in a head-on collision on Thursday morning in Fort Wayne.
According to the police, the accident happened in the 2300 block of West Jefferson Boulevard, just five miles east of I-69, at around 8:30 a.m.
A westbound vehicle crossed the centerline and collided head-on with an oncoming vehicle.
One driver was taken to the hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.
The other female driver was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
