Huntley, IL. – One person was killed after a single-vehicle accident Sunday morning in suburban Huntley, Kane County, according to the Huntley Fire Protection District.
The accident occurred a while before 8:00 a.m. March 8, at the Brier Hill Road and Dietrich Road intersection.
Authorities said a single vehicle crashed into a tree and burst into flames in unclear circumstances.
One person was found inside the vehicle. They were declared dead at the crash site.
