Havana, FL. – A man was killed after a fiery single-vehicle collision on Thursday evening in Havana.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident occurred a while before 5:00 p.m. on March 5 near the 1500 block of Fairbanks Ferry Road.
The FHP officials said a red truck left the roadway in unclear circumstances. It rolled over and landed in a ditch before it became fully engulfed in flames.
The male driver was found outside the truck.
The man was declared dead at the crash site.
The two sides of the roadway were closed as the troopers investigated the collision.
