Huntley, IL. – Two drivers were hospitalized following a traffic collision on Thursday morning in Chicago, according to the Illinois State Police.
The accident occurred at 9:45 a.m. on February 12, at River Park Drive and Dell Webb Boulevard.
Police said two vehicles crashed in unclear circumstances. One of the vehicles halted in the roadway, while another one, a minivan went down a hill and ended up near a pond, a few feet from the shore, just in ankle deep water.
Two elderly women driving the two vehicles sustained minor to moderate non-life-threatening injuries.
The two vehicles sustained significant damage due to the accident.
