The driver of the Dodge remained at the scene and cooperated with the police

Tucson, AZ. – A 34-year-old man died in a pedestrian accident in Tucson on Monday morning, according to the police.
The fatal accident happened around 1:30 a.m. on February 9, in the 3700 block of South Park Avenue north of Ajo Way and Historic U.S. 80.
Police said the man was in the northbound median lane, outside of a marked crosswalk, when he was struck by a 2016 Dodge Durango driven by a 37-year-old man.
The man was taken to the hospital where he later died.
The driver of the Dodge remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
Police are investigating the accident.
