Both drivers were taken to Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia for treatment
Thurston County, WA. – Two people were injured in a head-on collision in Thurston County on Tuesday evening, according to the WSP.
The collision happened around 6:15 p.m. on February 3 on State Route 507.
WSP said a 24-year-old Graham woman was driving a car southbound in the northbound lanes when she attempted to pass another vehicle and collided head-on with a northbound car driven by a 57-year-old Spanaway man.
Both drivers were taken to Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia for treatment.
The woman was arrested for DUI, unsafe passing and vehicular assault.
The WSP is investigating the accident.
