Police said the man was struck by a vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Jackson County, OR. – A 34-year-old Phoenix man was killed in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident in Jackson County on Saturday morning, according to the police.
The fatal accident happened around 7:20 a.m. on Interstate 5 near Exit 24 on-ramp.
Police said the man was struck by a vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The vehicle fled the scene after the accident, and the driver was yet to be located.
Police are investigating the accident.
