Troopers said the man was travelling southbound on Little Road in a truck when he suffered a medical emergency and lost control of his car. The truck entered the northbound lanes and crashed into three cars.

New Port Richey, FL. – A 59-year-old New Port Richey man was killed after a traffic collision last week Tuesday in New Port Richey, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred a while before 4:30 p.m. on January 27 on Little Road
Troopers said the man was travelling southbound on Little Road in a truck when he suffered a medical emergency and lost control of his car. The truck entered the northbound lanes and crashed into three cars.
The truck driver suffered severe injuries and was rushed to the hospital where he died on Saturday.
The drivers of the other cars, a 31-year-old man from Spring Hill, a 50-year-old woman from Hudson, a 28-year-old woman and a 41-year-old woman from Port Richey were not hurt in the accident.
The incident remains under investigation.
