Police said the man was heading southbound on South Harbor City Boulevard in a Ford F150 when the vehicle left the road and hit a concrete pole near the junction of Roosevelt Avenue.

Melbourne, FL. – A 65-year-old Palm Bay man was killed after a single-vehicle accident on Thursday afternoon in Melbourne, Brevard County, according to the Melbourne Police Department.
The accident occurred at around 4:19 p.m. January 29 on South Harbor City Boulevard.
Police said the man was heading southbound on South Harbor City Boulevard in a Ford F150 when the vehicle left the road and hit a concrete pole near the junction of Roosevelt Avenue.
The Ford driver was taken to an area hospital where he died.
An investigation is underway.
