Huntington County, IN. – One person was killed in a collision involving a semi-truck on Monday morning in Huntington County.
According to the Huntington County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened on US 24 near County Road 200 East.
A westbound Jeep Liberty on US 24 lost control and drove into the eastbound lanes, where it collided with an eastbound semi-truck.
The Jeep driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The semi-truck driver was evaluated at the scene by the medics.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
