Las Vegas, NV. – One person was injured in a car crash on Sunday evening in Las Vegas.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the accident happened around 7 p.m. at the intersection of Owens Avenue and Walnut Road.
A sedan was southbound on Gateway when it failed to stop at the stop sign while approaching Owens Avenue and struck an SUV traveling westbound on Owens Avenue.
The driver of the sedan was transported to the hospital for medical treatment.
There were no other reported injuries from the crash.
