The motorcyclist, a 27-year-old Grants Pass man, was pronounced dead at the scene

Jackson County, OR. – A man was killed in a motorcycle accident in Jackson County on Saturday evening, according to the Oregon State Police.
The deadly collision happened around 5:46 p.m. on January 17 at the intersection of Kirtland Road (Highway 140) and High Banks Road.
Police said a Cadillac Escalade driven by a 74-year-old Grants Pass man was traveling northbound on High Pass Road when it entered Kirtland Road and was struck by a Ford Escape driven by a 16-year-old Central Point girl.
Around five minutes later, a Harley Davidson Electra Glide motorcycle that was traveling at a high rate of speed struck the Cadillac.
The motorcyclist, a 27-year-old Grants Pass man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other injuries were reported.
The collision closed the highway for four hours.
The collision remains under investigation.
