According to the Indiana State Police, the accident happened around 3:15 p.m. on southbound Interstate 65 near mile marker 174.
The driver of a 2005 Dodge Ram pickup truck lost control and veered off the roadway.
The vehicle struck a guardrail and rolled over before coming to rest.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
