Tipton County, IN. – One person was injured in a head-on collision on Saturday night in Tipton County.
According to the Tipton County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened around 8:05 p.m. near the intersection of 296th Street and State Road 213.
A Chevrolet SUV collided head-on with a GMC pickup truck. The GMC went off the road and came to rest on its side in a field after hitting a utility pole.
The Chevrolet driver was ejected and was taken to Ascension St. Vincent Hospital with minor injuries.
The GMC driver and their passenger were not injured.
