The driver of the Ford was airlifted to Miami Valley Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Wayne County, IN. – Two drivers were injured in a Tuesday morning car crash in Wayne County.
According to local police, the accident happened at the intersection of N. Centerville Road and Webster Road at around 9:30 a.m.
A Dodge was travelling westbound on Webster Road when the driver failed to yield the right of way and struck a Ford pickup truck that was southbound on N. Centerville.
Both vehicles veered off the highway, and the Ford overturned.
The driver of the Ford was trapped inside after the vehicle and had to be extricated before being airlifted to Miami Valley Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the Dodge sustained minor injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
