A passenger, a 32-year-old Anderson man, was hospitalized with unknown injuries
Madison County, IN. – One person is dead following a car crash on Wednesday morning near Alexandria.
According to the Madison County Sheriff’s Department, the accident happened around 4 p.m. in the 2300 block of East County Road 800 North.
A 37-year-old Anderson man was driving a car west on 800 North when, for an unknown reason, he veered off the roadway and struck a guardrail.
The driver was killed in the crash.
A passenger, a 32-year-old Anderson man, was hospitalized with unknown injuries.
Police said neither of the occupants was wearing a seatbelt.
More details about the accident were not released.
