Gonzalez was transported to a local hospital where he died while receiving treatment
Chicago, IL. – Adduin J. Gonzalez, 26, was killed in a motorcycle accident on Friday morning in Chicago’s Southwest Side.
According to the Illinois State Police, the accident happened around 1:55 a.m. on the Stevenson Expressway near Damen Avenue.
The man was riding a motorcycle when he stopped in the middle lane, got off, and was struck by a sedan.
Gonzalez was transported to a local hospital where he died while receiving treatment.
The driver of the sedan remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
