Orange County, FL – The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a multi-vehicle traffic collision that left five people nursing injuries at an Orlando intersection on Saturday night, according to a police report.

The accident happened at about 9 p.m. Saturday, March 29, in the area of Interstate 4 and Lee Road.

According to FHP, a 2022 Tesla, a 2016 Hyundai, and a 2015 Ford were involved in the collision.

Authorities say five people were injured in the collision. Four patients were transported to the Orlando Regional Medical Center, and one person was transported to AdventHealth Orlando.

I-4 exit ramp at Lee Road was shut down for several hours until around 1 a.m. on March 30 when it was reopened.

The accident remains under investigation.
