A 2002 Toyota Camry was traveling westbound when it veered into the eastbound lanes and collided head-on with a 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan SUV

Las Vegas, NV. – At least five people were injured in a head-on collision that happened early Monday morning in Las Vegas.
The accident happened on East Sahara Avenue, east of Pacific Summit Street, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
A 2002 Toyota Camry driven by a 20-year-old man was traveling westbound when it veered into the eastbound lanes and collided head-on with a 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan SUV, operated by a 40-year-old man.
The Toyota’s driver and a 17-year-old front-seat passenger were transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The Volkswagen driver and a 15-year-old passenger from the Toyota sustained serious injuries in the accident.
An 18-year-old passenger in the Toyota was treated for minor injuries.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
