Phoenix, AZ – Two people were seriously injured in a two-vehicle traffic collision at an intersection in Central Phoenix Thursday morning, according to the Phoenix Police Department.

First responders located two vehicles involved in the crash at the scene.
Both drivers suffered serious injuries and were transported to the hospital for treatment.
The intersection was shut down for several hours and reopened after 11 a.m.
