Mesa, AZ. – Two people were killed in a car crash that left two children injured on Monday morning in Mesa.
The double-fatal crash happened around 8 a.m. at Val Vista Drive south of Southern Avenue, according to the Mesa Fire and Medical Department.
Three vehicles were involved in the collision.
Two people were trapped in their vehicles and had to be extricated. The two were pronounced dead at the accident scene.
