Maricopa County – Two people were injured in a rollover crash on State Route 238 this Wednesday afternoon, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.
The accident happened around 3:16 p.m. on State Route 238 in the Maricopa Mountains, just west of Mobile.
Deputies said a Jeep Compass and Chevrolet Silverado were involved in the collision. The Jeep rolled onto its side and came to rest in a desert brush near the railroad trucks.
Two occupants of the Silverado, an elderly man and woman, were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the jeep was not seriously hurt.
The accident remains under investigation.
