Las Vegas, NV – Two drivers, including one suspect for DUI, were injured following a head-on traffic collision at an intersection in Las Vegas on Wednesday afternoon.
The crash happened at about 3:20 p.m. at the intersection of Desert Inn Road and Nellis Boulevard.
According to LVMPD, a Ram 1500 pickup truck, operated by 53-year-old Valdimir Hall, was traveling northbound on Nellis Boulevard when it crossed the center median and collided head-on with a Toyota Sienna minivan.
The minivan driver was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
Hall was also hospitalized with significant injuries.
According to the police, Hall is suspected of driving under the influence.
The other driver showed no signs of intoxication.
The incident remains under investigation.
