Both drivers were transported to the hospital with minor injuries
Decatur, IL. – Two people were transported to hospital following a car accident that happened in Decatur on Saturday afternoon.
According to the Decatur Police Department, the accident happened around 2 p.m. on February 22, on E. Williams St. near N. James St.
Two vehicles were involved in the accident. The events preceding the collision were not immediately determined.
Both drivers were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
One driver, identified only as a 39-year-old Decatur resident, was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
