The driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI and reckless driving

Las Vegas, NV. – A pedestrian died after being struck by a car on Wednesday morning in Las Vegas.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the accident happened around 8:44 a.m. at East Twain Avenue and University Center Drive.
A vehicle is reported to have struck a pedestrian in unclear circumstances.
Police located the pedestrian and transported them to a hospital, where they later died.
The driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI and reckless driving.
