Fort Lauderdale, FL. – A bicyclist died after being struck by a car on Tuesday evening in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County.
According to the police, the accident happened around 7:15 p.m. in the 5400 block of Northwest Ninth Avenue.
A vehicle reportedly struck a bicyclist in unclear circumstances.
Crews from Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue arrived at the scene and pronounced the bicyclist dead at the scene.
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the police.
