The accident took place on the Military Trail, just north of Atlantic Avenue at about 7 p.m. on April 5.
According to police, two vehicles were involved in the wreck.
At least one of the vehicles burst into flames following the collision.
One person was killed in the accident.
Both directions of Military Trail were closed as authorities investigated the incident.
