According to the St. Petersburg Police Department, the accident happened around 8 p.m. on Dali Blvd SE.
The man was walking on Dali Blvd SE and was hit by a passing vehicle.
The pedestrian sustained life-threatening injuries and was rushed to a local hospital.
The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene and cooperated with the police.
