The SUV’s driver was transported to Northwestern Memorial Hospital as a precaution
Chicago, IL. – One person was injured in a car accident that happened on Sunday evening near Grant Park in Chicago.
According to the police, the accident happened around 6:58 p.m. in the 300 block of East Balbo Drive at Lake Shore Drive.
A gray SUV attempted to turn westbound onto Balbo when it collided with a black sedan traveling south on Lake Shore Drive. The impact caused the SUV to flip over.
The SUV’s driver was transported to Northwestern Memorial Hospital as a precaution.
The sedan driver was unhurt but was taken to hospital for treatment.
