The driver of the Honda sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken by helicopter to a hospital
Crystal Lake, IL. – A driver was critically injured in a collision that happened on Sunday afternoon in Crystal Lake.
According to the Crystal Lake Police Department, the accident happened around 1:50 p.m. on Route 31 at Brighton Lane.
A Honda sedan was turning onto Route 31 when it collided with a Toyota SUV traveling north on Route 31.
The driver of the Honda sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken by helicopter to a hospital.
Two people in the Toyota were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
