Teen injured in collision involving a police car at 98th Street and Sage Street SW in Albuquerque
Albuquerque, N.M. – A teen was seriously injured in a collision involving a police car on Monday evening in Albuquerque.
According to the Albuquerque Police Department, the accident happened around 6:40 p.m. in the area of 98th Street and Sage Street SW.
An APD vehicle and a second vehicle were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately determined.
The officer suffered minor injuries.
The teen driver of the second car was hospitalized with unknown injuries.
