One Person Injured in Mesa School Bus Accident

There has already been two school bus related-accidents in the Phoenix Valley this school year. The 2016-2017 session began just over a week ago. Both accidents took place within the Paradise Valley Unified School District. No students were injured in either traffic accident.

Two Phoenix School Bus Accidents in One Week

On Monday, Aug 15, the first school bus accident occurred in the westbound lanes of Thunderbird Road, near 52nd Street while taking students to Horizon High School. No injuries were reported.

The second accident happened on Tuesday, Aug 16, when a van collided head-on with a school bus near University and Ellsworth in Mesa. Both drivers were injured in this bus accident; no children were on board.
