The man was riding a motorcycle eastbound on Indian School Road when he was hit by an adult female driver who pulled out of a private drive.
Phoenix, AZ – A motorcyclist was killed in a two-vehicle traffic collision in central Phoenix on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
Police said the collision occurred at around 3:45 p.m. on January 15 near 19th Avenue and Indian School Road.
According to Phoenix PD, a man was riding a motorcycle eastbound on Indian School Road when he was hit by an adult female driver who pulled out of a private drive.
The rider was transported to the hospital where he later died. Authorities said the motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet at the time of the incident.
The female driver remained at the scene after the collision.
The deadly crash remains under investigation.
