Troopers said a Ford Edge was heading north in the southbound lane on Kepler Avenue when the front of the car crashed into a Honda Civic traveling south.

Volusia County, FL. – A 27-year-old woman was killed after a wrong-way accident early Wednesday in Volusia County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred on Kepler Avenue and Mimosa Lane.
Troopers said a Ford Edge was heading north in the southbound lane on Kepler Avenue when the front of the car crashed into a Honda Civic traveling south.
The Ford driver, a 33-year-old man, was transported to Halifax Health Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.
The woman driving the Honda was declared dead at the crash site.
