Phoenix, AZ – The authorities have identified the woman who died after two vehicles collided near an intersection in Phoenix on Saturday evening as 72-year-old Virginia Delgado Vasquez

Police said Virginia Vasquez suffered life-threatening injuries after two vehicles collided at about 5:45 p.m. on Saturday, June 14 near 35th and Glendale avenues.

Vasquez was transported to a hospital where she later died.

Phoenix, AZ – One person is dead and three others, including two children, are in the hospital following a two-car crash in Phoenix Saturday evening, according to a police report.

The deadly crash happened at around 5:45 p.m. near 35th and Glendale avenues.

Authorities said police and fire crews responded to the scene and transported one adult with life-threatening injuries to the hospital. The person, whose name has not been released, later died.

Another adult and two children were also transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
