Fort Wayne, IN. – Richard Bartley Stone, 52, has been identified as the motorcyclist who died in a collision on Friday in Fort Wayne.
The fatal collision happened at the intersection of Parnell Avenue and Spy Run Avenue Extended at around 2:30 p.m., according to the Fort Wayne Police Department.
