Phoenix, AZ. – One person was killed in a motorcycle accident in south Phoenix on Sunday afternoon, according to the police.
The fatal accident happened around 4:30 p.m. near the intersection of 16th Street and Baseline Road.
Police said a motorcycle and a van were involved in the collision.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two children in the van were taken to the hospital as a precaution.
