Phoenix, AZ. – A worker was killed in a forklift accident in Phoenix on Monday morning, according to the police.
The fatal accident happened around 10:15 a.m. on Mohave Street near the intersection of 35th Avenue and Durango Street.
Police said a man was working at a landscaping business when he was involved in a forklift accident.
The man was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
