The other driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries

Phoenix, AZ. – One person was injured Sunday morning in a wrong-way collision in West Phoenix, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The collision happened just before 4:30 a.m. on March 8 on the westbound Interstate 10 transition ramp onto the southbound Loop 202 (South Mountain) near 59th Avenue.
AZDPS said a vehicle was traveling the wrong way when it crashed into another vehicle.
The wrong-way driver was uninjured in the accident.
The other driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The accident closed the ramp for several hours.
The troopers are investigating the accident.
