Clackamas County, OR – The motorcyclist who was killed after colliding with a vehicle on Highway 224 in Clackamas County has been identified as Niko Daniel Harpham, 28, of Oregon City.

Niko Harpham was riding a Harley Davidson Softail motorcycle eastbound on 224 when he failed to negotiate a corner, slid into the westbound lanes, and collided with a westbound Kia Forte head-on.

Harpham was flown to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The Kia driver, identified as Gabriela Camacho, 21, of Molalla, sustained minor injuries in the crash.

Clackamas County, OR – One person was killed and another was injured following a two-vehicle traffic collision on Highway 224 in Clackamas County Sunday evening.

The deadly crash happened on May 26, 2025, at 5:16 p.m. on Highway 224, near milepost 45, in Clackamas County.

Authorities said an eastbound Harley Davidson Softail motorcycle failed to negotiate a corner and slid into the westbound travel lane where collided head-on with a westbound Kia Forte.

The motorcyclist was pronounced deceased after being flown to an area hospital.

The Kia driver suffered minor injuries.

The highway crash impacted the highway for about five hours.

The crash remains under investigation.
