Marion County, FL. – A man was killed in a Wednesday morning car accident in Marion County.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident occurred on SE 137 Avenue Road, north of SE 47 Street Road.
A 20-year-old Ocklawaha man was driving a pickup truck north on SE 137 Avenue Road when he failed to negotiate a curve.
The vehicle veered off the highway and struck several trees.
