An SUV and a motorcycle were both heading toward downtown Kennewick when the car changed lanes, resulting in a crash

Kennewick, WA. – A man was injured in a motorcycle accident on Wednesday morning in Kennewick.
The accident happened on Highway 240 near the Edison Street exit at around 7 a.m., according to the Washington State Patrol.
An SUV and a motorcycle were both heading toward downtown Kennewick when the car changed lanes, causing a collision.
The 41-year-old motorcyclist was injured in the collision and was taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.
The SUV, possibly a red GMC Yukon, did not stop at the accident scene and the driver is yet to be located.
More details about the accident were not released.
