Man killed in collision on Highway 20 near milepost 228 in Malheur County
Malheur County, OR. – A 61-year-old man was killed in a car accident in Malheur County on Thursday morning, according to the police.
The fatal accident happened around 9:42 a.m. on Highway 20 near milepost 228.
Police said the man was driving a Hyundai Kona westbound when he left the roadway, for unknown reasons, and the car rolled over.
The car became submerged in the Malheur River.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
