Cowlitz County, WA – A pedestrian was hit and killed by three cars early Monday morning in Cowlitz County, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The deadly accident happened just before 4:30 a.m. on July 14 on State Route 432 near milepost 9.
WSP said Lulu E. Starheart, 31, of Longview, was attempting to cross the westbound lanes when she was hit by a 2022 Freightliner, then hit by a 2002 Honda Accord and a 2016 Ram ProMaster.
Starheart was pronounced dead at the scene.
Drugs and alcohol were not factors in the accident.
