Reno, IL. – Injuries were reported after a vehicle versus train accident on Monday afternoon in Reno, according to the Storey County Sheriff’s Office.
The accident occurred a while after 4:45 p.m. July 28, on Waltham Way near Wild Horse Canyon Drive.
Officials said a train and a vehicle collided at the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center for reasons still under investigation.
Injuries were reported but the exact number of victims and the extent of injuries were not provided.
Waltham Way was blocked in both directions and people asked to expect delays and avoid the area.
Firefighters and the SCSO responded to the scene.
