The driver and the passenger of the car were pronounced dead on the scene
Mishawaka, IN. – Two people died in a car crash on Friday evening in Mishawaka.
According to the authorities, the crash happened around 7:45 p.m. at the intersection of Grape Road and Imus Drive.
A black passenger car was traveling south on Grape Road when it lost control on the wet pavement, crossed the center line, and hit the front left side of a Transpo bus that was traveling northbound on Grape Road.
The driver and the passenger of the car were pronounced dead on the scene.
The bus driver sustained minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.
Police do not suspect drugs or alcohol as a factor in the accident.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
