Greenfield, IN. – A 43-year-old New Palestine man died in a car crash on Monday afternoon in Greenfield.

According to the Indiana State Police, the crash happened on U.S. 40 near the intersection of County Road 600 East.

The 43-year-old man was driving his Honda south on 600 E when he reportedly failed to stop at the stop sign at U.S. 40 and struck a westbound Ford truck on U.S. 40.

The Honda rolled over after hitting the side of the Ford.

The Honda driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two juvenile passengers of the Ford and the driver were not seriously injured.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
