The pickup driver was pronounced dead at the scene

Fort Wayne, IN. – A 65-year-old Churubusco man was killed in a head-on collision on Saturday morning in Fort Wayne.
According to the Whitley County Sheriff Department, the crash happened at the intersection of Main Street and Liberty Street at around 10 p.m.
The 65-year-old man was driving his pickup truck northbound on Main Street when he veered into the southbound lane and collided head-on with an oncoming minivan.
The pickup driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The minivan driver from Churubusco was transported to the hospital with undisclosed injuries.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
