Woodland, WA. – An Oregon man was injured in a car accident on Friday afternoon in Woodland.

According to the Washington State Patrol, the accident happened around 2:20 p.m. at 2422 Lewis River Road.

60-year-old Elder Morris, of Carlton, Oregon, was driving a 2021 Ram truck northbound when he crossed into the southbound lane and struck a diesel truck driven by 52-year-old Gerry W. McDonald, of Castle Rock.

52-year-old Neil C. Brinson, of Woodland, was driving a green 2025 Toyota Tacoma truck when he struck debris left in the roadway from the crash.

29-year-old Jacob G. Dailey, of Toledo, was driving a 2019 white Chevy Silverado truck southbound when he hit a tire that had fallen off the Ram.

Morris was injured and was taken to Legacy Salmon Creek in Vancouver.

More details about the accident were not released.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
